About the Chef 

Chef Dan

I’m Dan, a self-taught baker and single father who decided to turn my love of baking and banana bread into my career. Originally from just outside Chicago, I grew up in the restaurant business. Throughout life, I have always had a passion for food and found my love of baking later in life. Eventually, my parents decided to leave Chicago as well and made the move down to Florida. They opened their own little breakfast café and I left security to help them. Their customers loved the breads I made, and it grew from there. Now with over 20+ flavor of breads and more, I can share all my wonderful creations with you all!
